lds_01_raw
The starting point is a junction: the intersection of the top tube and the seat tube. Across models, across eras, this junction always forms a right angle. lds_01_raw is the piece exactly as it comes out of the printer, no finish. Positioned on the frame, it holds two states simultaneously: useless and narrative. Compatible with vintage bicycles using 25.4mm diameter tubing.

- The object occupies the junction of top tube and seat tube: a structural node, the point where two directions meet. It belongs to vintage steel frames (of course not new frames or carbon).
- It was developed around European bicycles from the 1980s and 1990s. Three tube standards: English, Italian, French, all at 25.4 mm. On certain older French frames, closer to 26 mm, a slight gap remains visible.
- The attachment is by pressure alone. No drilling. No permanent modification. The frame is left as it was found.
- Inside the form, a concealed housing holds the Knog Plus Rear Bike Light. The function is enclosed within the shape. Neither the object nor the silhouette of the bicycle is altered.
- Each unit includes stainless steel seat clamp bolts, selected not only for resistance but for visual coherence with the raw MJF finish.
